They must be Upper Keys Residents without any type of insurance, show proof of residence with state ID or utilities bill. show proof of income that they fall within 200% of national poverty guidelines.or sign an affidavit.( annual income for a single person could not exceed $21,660 and add an additional $7476 for each additional person in the household) That means that a family of four can make $51,576 and still qualify for FREE medical care.
