Well, big news here in June, Sun 103.1 WFKZ in  the upper keys  and WAIL 99.5 are now as one. Simulcasting the middays, afternoons, and overnights.THE BREAKDOWN:  KC Stuart mornings in the upper keys and Bill Hoebee mornings in Key West wil stay in tact locally in each area, Scott Hamilton's Midday and the Electric Lunch will be Keyswide along with his 10 o'clock news show, My afternoons will also be keyswide from 3-7pm thios now gives us at least 30,00 new potential listeners, we are re-imaging the stations and some new features are on the horizon, especially in the evening, my "Happy Hours" are now 4-7, Classic Rock and comedy features have been a big hit. Another change is the New KEY-Z fm , also a simulcast combo of Easy 96.9 WKEZ and Key 93.5 WKEY...excitement in June!

Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Hospitality Expo, Island Fest, Memorial Day weekend and Dolphin fishing (mahi mahi, not flipper you know).This month is full of activity here in the upper keys, not to mention the weather is definitely gettin' hot.Station activity is as busy as ever with many remotes and appearences. Fishing tournaments a just starting to get cranking every weekend, and the kids will be out for summer soon. I will be doing remotes from Island Fest in Islamorada , A two day festival of Arts & Crafts, Restaurant Food Competition, Live Music and fun for the entire family.I will also be broadcasting from the 21st annual CoConuts Dolphin Tournament on May 20th, this is one of , if not, the biggest participated dolphin tournaments in the world.

The Month of April is here...BRRRRR, that early cold front even got down here in the Keys, April brings Baseball season, and new events like Conch republic Independence Days, I will be broadcasting LIVE from Snappers in Key largo as we celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Florida Keys secession fom The US. This celebration has been observed worldwide to Florida Keys enthusiast and historians, it culminates in the upper keys with a simulation of  Blowwin up (a MODEL) of Jewfish Creek bridge the lifeline to the mainland .JOIN US ON APRIL 29th.
